Mass Virtual Named to 2026 Vet100 List Honoring the Fastest-Growing Veteran-Led Businesses

ORLANDO, FL — November 6, 2025 — Mass Virtual, a leading provider of immersive training solutions, has been named to the 2026 Vet100 list, which honors the fastest-growing veteran-owned or -operated businesses in the United States.
The Vet100 is a collaboration between Inc. Business Media and Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), spotlighting the leadership and impact of veteran entrepreneurs. Eligibility for the list is based on companies’ performance on the Inc. 5000 — where Mass Virtual has appeared for three consecutive years.
“My time in the Air Force taught me how to lead with clarity, adapt under pressure, and always put mission first,” said John Brooks, CEO of Mass Virtual and an Air Force veteran. “Those same principles are built into the foundation of Mass Virtual. This recognition isn’t just about growth — it’s about the kind of team we’ve built and the customers we’re honored to serve.”
Founded in 2009, Mass Virtual delivers extended reality (XR) training ecosystems that improve human performance and operational readiness across both defense and commercial sectors. Its flagship platform, MassXR®, is deployed across the U.S. Department of Defense and is expanding into industries like aviation, rail, and energy.
Now in its 16th year, Mass Virtual continues to grow by doing what it does best: providing powerful, repeatable, and intuitive training solutions — always built with purpose, and always designed to meet customers where they are.
Mass Virtual will be recognized at the 2026 Veteran EDGE Conference, hosted by IVMF, alongside other top veteran-led companies.
