Possible Additional
Fees for Residential Real Estate Customers:
- If a cancellation occurs less than 24
hours prior to site work appointment, a $30 fee will be charged.
To avoid this cancellation fee, you must notify MassVirtual a
minimum of 24 hours prior to appointment. If representative fails
to arrive for appointment, MassVirtual reserves the right to charge
the same $30 cancellation fee.
- An additional fee will be charged to re-list
a virtual tour for the same agent or a new agent for a given property
with a new MLS number.
- Initial Web site posting consultation
is free. Additional web consultation is evaluated on an individual
basis.
