Be present or have homeowner or associate present at time of shoot.

Prepare the location for filming prior to appointment. We suggest that either you or the homeowner clean and remove valuable personal items from areas to be shot so they are not present in virtual tour.

Provide appropriate lighting for virtual tour image capture.

Provide MLS number at the time of order, if necessary(for realtor listings only).

Select which Realtor Web sites (if any) from the available list, at the time of order.

Any changes to the actual property listing are done through your MLS system.

If your listing in not available on a given Web site you will only be refunded the charges for that additional site, not for the entire tour.

Once a virtual tour product is posted and/or linked individual virtual tour products can only be deleted or modified for the predetermined fee.
